The principal

I was asking the girls about their first day of school. They told me that while they were outside in the playground, they saw the school principal. I asked them to describe what the principal is. They said that the bad kids go to the principal. They also said that the principal has to be mean and can't smile because if he smiles that means that he is happy that the kids are doing something bad.
